These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Seny platform (the "Service"), operated by Devlift Media ("Seny", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

The Service

Seny provides AI voice and chat assistant tools that you configure to handle conversations and, where you choose, connect to third-party services to perform tasks on your behalf. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by using it to violate any law, infringe others' rights, send unlawful or unsolicited messages, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service's operation. You are responsible for the content your agents generate and send, and for obtaining any consents required to contact individuals.

Third-party integrations

When you connect a third-party account (such as Google), your use of that service remains subject to that provider's terms, and you authorize Seny to access and act on the connected account as needed to provide the features you enable. You can disconnect an integration at any time. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and content we provide, is owned by Seny and its licensors. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide. You grant us the rights needed to operate and improve the Service for you.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI-generated output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or acting on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seny will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; continued use after changes means you accept them.
